The Association is managed by a Board elected for a term of 5 years. The Board has the following tasks:

• organizes the activities of the Association;
• implements the resolutions of the General Assembly;
• prepares a draft budget and submits it to the General Assembly; 
• prepares a report on the activities of the Association and submits it to the General Assembly; 
• admits and excludes members of the Association;
• determines the address of the Association, etc.
